亿光电子工业股份有限公司（以下简称本公司）对於欧盟REACH法规（EU No.1907/2006 Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals），对应情形说明如下：
1. 本公司之LED產品(详见附表一所示，以下简称本產品)符合欧盟REACH法规第三条第三项之定义。就本公司对本產品之瞭解，本產品并无物质符合欧盟REACH法规第七条之登记要求。故本公司无需针对欧盟REACH法规第七条之要求向专责机关进行產品物质登记程序。
2. 本產品并不含欧盟REACH法规所述之四十六项高度关注物质(详见附表二)。
3. 本公司将持续关注欧盟REACH法规之高度关注物质发展情形，并依据欧盟REACH法规所公佈之通报时程将本產品是否有使用高度关注物质之情形进行通报。
